I turned 35 on Monday, June 2. I had such a wonderful day even though I had to work. Shane came in that morning and had the sweetest card for me with a $50 itunes card from him and my children. He told me to go pick out me a new TV for our bedroom and he’d buy that for me too. At dinner, Grandma and Connie had fried chicken, mashed taters, corn, macaroni, rolls, fruit salad and yellow cake with chocolate sauce. It was so good. Aunt Jo, Lowe, Peanut, Jessie, Debbie, Connie, Grandma and myself all had the best time. Grandma gave me an iron for my birthday, she has been amazed at how long I have been without one and felt sorry for me, plus she is probably tired of ironing for me. Jessie gave me a beautiful potted shasta daisy. Daddy and Brenda gave me a SheBeads bracelet that I love. Debbie gave me a ocean jasper braclet from her beach vacation. Kelli gave me a Pandora bracelet. Connie gave me some flowers and potted them for me. I got calls, cards and songs from lots of special friends. I am so blessed. Thanks everyone for making my 35th a special day!
